Kullanım Koşulları

JuniorLog uygulamasını indirerek ve kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:

1. Hizmetin Doğası ve Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi (Disclaimer)

  • JuniorLog, bebeklerinizin ve evcil hayvanlarınızın günlük rutinlerini, büyüme süreçlerini ve sağlık/aşı takvimlerini düzenlemenize yardımcı olan yardımcı bir kayıt aracıdır.
  • Uygulama tarafından otomatik olarak sunulan aşı takvimleri, gelişim persentil eğrileri ve hatırlatıcılar genel bilgi amaçlıdır.
  • JuniorLog hiçbir şekilde profesyonel tıbbi veya veterinerlik tavsiyesi vermez. Bebeğinizin veya evcil hayvanınızın sağlığı, aşılarının zamanlaması, hastalık teşhis ve tedavileri için her zaman uzman bir doktora veya veteriner hekime başvurmalısınız.
  • Uygulamanın bildirim atmaması, cihaz arızaları veya veri giriş hataları nedeniyle doğabilecek sağlık sorunlarından, gecikme cezalarından veya zararlardan JuniorLog ve geliştiricileri sorumlu tutulamaz.

2. Yerel Veri Kaybı Sorumluluğu

Uygulamayı "Hesap Oluşturmadan (Yerel Modda)" kullanmayı tercih ederseniz, verileriniz buluta yedeklenmez. Cihazınızın bozulması, kaybolması, sıfırlanması veya uygulamanın cihazdan silinmesi durumunda yaşanacak veri kayıplarından tamamen kullanıcı sorumludur. Veri güvenliğini sağlamak isteyen kullanıcıların Pro sürüme veya bulut senkronizasyonlu üyelik sistemine geçmesi önerilir.

2.1. Aile Paylaşımı

Aile paylaşımı bulut hesabı gerektirir. Aileye eklediğiniz kişilerin verilere erişimi, verdiğiniz rol ve profil görünürlüğü ile sınırlıdır; bu yetkilendirmenin ve davet kodlarının güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Düzenleme yetkisi olan üyeler paylaşılan kayıtları değiştirebilir veya silebilir; aynı kayıt aynı anda birden fazla kişi tarafından değiştirilirse sistem değişiklikleri otomatik birleştirir, ancak çakışmalarda bazı değişikliklerin üzerine yazılabilir. Bir aileye katıldığınızda cihazınızdaki mevcut veriler ailenin verileriyle değiştirilir; katılmadan önce kendi verilerinizi yedeklemeniz önerilir. Çocuklara ait verileri yalnızca yasal olarak yetkili olduğunuz kişilerle paylaşabilirsiniz. Aile paylaşımının kötüye kullanımı halinde hesap erişimi kısıtlanabilir.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, "JuniorLog" markası, logoları, yazılım kodları ve içerik şablonları telif hakları ile korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı izin alınmaksızın kopyalanamaz, tersine mühendislik yapılamaz (reverse engineering) ve ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.

4. Pro Üyelik (Abonelikler)

JuniorLog Pro üyeliği yalnızca iOS sürümünde sunulur; reklamları kaldırır ve ek özellikler sunar. Android sürümü ücretsizdir ve reklam içerir, Pro üyelik bulunmaz. iOS aboneliği Apple App Store üzerinden yönetilir. İptal işlemleri Apple'ın abonelik ayarları üzerinden kullanıcı tarafından yapılmalıdır. İptal edilmediği sürece abonelikler otomatik yenilenir.

5. Sözleşme Değişiklikleri

JuniorLog, bu kullanım koşullarını önceden haber vermeksizin güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler uygulama içerisinde yayınlandığı an yürürlüğe girer.

By downloading and using the JuniorLog app, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms:

1. Nature of the Service and Medical Disclaimer

  • JuniorLog is a supporting record-keeping tool that helps you organize the daily routines, growth and health/vaccination schedules of your babies and pets.
  • Vaccination schedules, growth percentile curves and reminders provided automatically by the app are for general information only.
  • JuniorLog does not give professional medical or veterinary advice in any way. For the health of your baby or pet, the timing of vaccines, and the diagnosis and treatment of illness, you should always consult a qualified doctor or veterinarian.
  • JuniorLog and its developers cannot be held responsible for health problems, late penalties or damages that may arise from the app failing to send a notification, device failures or data entry errors.

2. Responsibility for Local Data Loss

If you choose to use the app "Without Creating an Account (Local Mode)", your data is not backed up to the cloud. The user is entirely responsible for any data loss if your device breaks, is lost or reset, or the app is deleted from the device. Users who want to ensure data safety are advised to switch to the Pro version or to the membership system with cloud synchronization.

2.1. Family Sharing

Family sharing requires a cloud account. The access of the people you add to your family is limited by the role and profile visibility you give them; you are responsible for that authorization and for the security of invite codes. Members with edit permission can change or delete shared records; if the same record is changed by several people at the same time, the system merges the changes automatically, but in conflicts some changes may be overwritten. When you join a family, the existing data on your device is replaced by the family's data; backing up your own data before joining is recommended. You may share children's data only with people you are legally entitled to share it with. Access may be restricted in case of misuse of family sharing.

3. Intellectual Property

The design of the app, the "JuniorLog" brand, logos, software code and content templates are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reverse engineered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

4. Pro Membership (Subscriptions)

JuniorLog Pro is offered only in the iOS version; it removes ads and offers additional features. The Android version is free and contains ads; there is no Pro membership on Android. The iOS subscription is managed through the Apple App Store. Cancellations must be made by the user through Apple's subscription settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

5. Changes to the Terms

JuniorLog reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published within the app.
