Hesap ve veri silme
JuniorLog'da bulut hesabı oluşturduysanız hesabınızı ve ilişkili tüm verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Uygulama içinden
- JuniorLog'u açın, Ayarlar sekmesine gidin.
- Hesap bölümünde Hesabımı sil düğmesine dokunun ve onaylayın.
Hesabınız, buluttaki profilleriniz (bebek/evcil hayvan), sağlık kayıtları, yüklediğiniz belge ve fotoğraflar sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak silinir. Telefonunuzdaki yerel veriler kalır; uygulamayı telefondan silerek onları da kaldırabilirsiniz. Aile paylaşımında son yönetici iseniz ve ailede başka üye varsa, silmeden önce yönetici yetkisini devretmeniz gerekir. Ailenin tek üyesiyseniz aileye ait veriler de silinir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız
Kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@juniorlog.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi doğrulayıp hesabınızı ve verilerinizi sileriz.
Hesap oluşturmadan kullandıysanız verileriniz yalnızca telefonunuzdadır; bize ulaşmaz, silmek için uygulamayı kaldırmanız yeterlidir.
Account and data deletion
If you created a cloud account in JuniorLog, you can delete your account and all related data at any time.
From inside the app
- Open JuniorLog and go to the Settings tab.
- In the Account section tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account, your cloud profiles (baby/pet), health records, and uploaded documents and photos are permanently deleted from our servers. Local data on your phone remains; you can remove it by uninstalling the app. If you are the last admin of a family that still has other members, hand over the admin role before deleting. If you are the only member, the family's data is deleted too.
If you cannot access the app
Email info@juniorlog.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion". We will verify your request and delete your account and data.
If you used the app without an account, your data is only on your phone and never reaches us; uninstalling the app removes it.
